You were a wonderful company to work with. We loved tubing, safari float, hanging bridges hike and Rio Celeste hike. Canyoning was incredible! The guides for all tours were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Thank you Serendipity for all of your coordination!

Heading back home today. Let me tell you, it’s going to be a shock! The vibe is so laid back in Costa Rica. We all had an amazing family vacation and made so many memories. I’d like to say a big Thank You to Serendipity Adventures of Costa Rica. Everything was amazing! From the first time we got in-touch with them for this trip until the very end. Transportation, Tours, Guides, Hotels, Everything!!!

The experiences were amazing! We took lots of pics. Our guide Mariano was amazing and educated us on all things Costa Rica. 5 out of 5 highly recommend! We even renewed our wedding vows while we were here.

My two daughters and I traveled to Costa Rica and spent the first part of the trip doing tours with Serendipity. Our driver, Alex, was very knowledgeable with the area and took the time for lunch and help us get settled in at the hotel. The zip line tour which was arranged was amazing – the kids and I had a blast with the lines as well as the horseback tour at the end. We did the following three days of tours with Mariano, who was not only knowledgeable about the wildlife, history and foliage – but he was also extremely patient as my 8yo in particular struggled with some of the hikes (“are we done yet???”) 🙂 He did a great job answering our questions, stopping to point out different views, and cater to their interests. We felt safe (a major need of mine when traveling solo adult female!) and informed the entire time. I can’t thank them enough for making our family adventure one full of memories!

As busy moms, it was so great not to make decisions and create our own travel plan. We got the chance to just relax and enjoy. Thank you for a beautiful experience for our childhood best friend group celebrating our 40th birthdays together! It was a perfect balance of leisure and adventure. The food and drinks were amazing, even for a group with very diverse dietary restrictions. Every host and guide were so kind, so passionate, so helpful. We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives! You guys did a wonderful job for us!

We were blown away by the quality of all our guides. Traveling with 3 teenagers and keeping them entertained was a tall order and Serendipity planned every perfect day and detail. Accommodations were clean and very nice. Meals prepared by our guides were delicious and even in pouring rain each adventure was fun. The variety of activities was diverse and just scary enough to satisfy all. The guides for wildlife spotting and hiking were so knowledgeable and able to spot a frog a mile away. I would highly recommend Serendipity to plan any custom trip. 

We had very easy communications with Serendipity, who made adjustments as needed. In-country communications were easy and the trip organization was as expected. All the staff and guides were awesome. Our primary goal was to avoid tourist crowds and we were able to do that with the help of Serendipity. We had a blast and enjoyed each of our destinations. We look forward to returning to Costa Rica.

My 2nd trip with Serendipity, this time with my 13-year-old daughter, was even better than the first! Their planning, knowledge, and super-friendly team enabled a stress-free and enjoyable time. The perfect combination of activity, leisure, time with our guide, and alone time was just what my daughter and I needed for the most memorable vacation we’ve ever had together. You will not be disappointed and if by some chance something doesn’t go as planned (Mother Nature does that sometimes), they will figure out a way!

The best you can expect from a travel agency in Costa Rica, and even more! I particularly appreciated the reliability and professionalism of Serendipity as well as their availability throughout the stay whenever we had the slightest question. Serendipity introduced us to hotels and excursions and adventures ‘off the beaten track’ and they were particularly well adapted to our 4 children aged 9, 12, 15, and 17 years old to give the whole family an unforgettable stay at a very competitive price.

My brother and I are octogenarian and have travelled extensively. A few years ago, he developed a neurological condition that limits his mobility. Serendipity Adventures prepared a private, 7-day itinerary tailor-made to Costa Rica. The tours, hotels, and response from all the staff were top-notch. Our guide Sergio made sure that every day we had an exciting and unexpected experience. We never thought that we could have gone hiking, tree climbing to have lunch on top of a 400-year-old tree, and other unusual activities. Sergio was very professional and treated us with a lot of respect and care, and was very attentive. He made sure that we were safe while enjoying our adventures. We were lucky to have found Serendipity Adventures for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Serendipity Adventures expanded our horizons to what is possible in spite of our age. We were not able to stop talking about the trip for a long time.
